Thousandlashes reserves the right to ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
All orders received between Monday and Thursday are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours of the following business day.
It is our mission at Thousand Lashes to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Thousand Lashes cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. If an adhesive is not performing properly within the 14 day return window and it is determined by our team to be a product issue, a refund or gift card will be rewarded with no return necessary.
Returns and exchanges of unopened, resellable products (Excluding adhesive) are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt.

If you are in the US and you order $150 or more in products you will receive FREE USPS shipping.
All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our USPS OR UPS Shipping Calculator.
*Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping are subject to increased charges
All orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
Please be advised that we offer subscription based orders on most of our products. You will have the ability to select the frequency you would like the product delivered. Please make sure you’re committed to select “subscription” order when you do so as we do not accept returns on subscriptions.
